I have emailed the company explaining the situation and asking for my money back but have had no response what so ever. A phone call to tell us the pick up time ( they had my number from the booking) would have been much more helpful. Later that day, emails flooded into my inbox including one sent from the company informing me of the pick up time but this must have been a glitch in the wifi and beyond my contol. The driver left seconds before my husband and I reached the pick up point. Great! As my husband and I raced through the neighbouring hotel and reached the hotel we were being picked up from I received another call from the driver telling me he couldn't wait any longer, we were 5 minutes, bearing in mind the trip organisers failed to let me know of the earlier pick up time. I rang the number given for the driver and explained the situation and that I was on my way immediately. My husband and I got up early, went to go to breakfast and at 7.18am I received an sms telling me the pick up would be at 7.15am. I assumed the pick up time would be at 8am as stated on the initial confirmation email.

The email with the pick up time never arrived in my inbox as I checked late the night before and early on the morning of the trip. I received a confirmation email of the booking stating the date and pick location and that the time of pick up would be sent the night before the trip.
